    Staff were really helpful and friendly. Not knowing much about bikes, Nathan helped me select one to suit my teenagers and we were able to test it and came away with a happy couple of kids! Price seemed reasonable and have follow up service to book. Highly recommend the team at 99 Bikes Cannon Hill.

    The guys did a great job. Very helpful and had all the parts I needed to fix the bike. They completed it earlier than I expected and at a reasonable price. Highly likely I will use them again.

    The guy who took care of our complex order (bikes and helmets for 2 adults and 3 kids) was amazing. So helpful, patient and professional. Cannot speak more highly. Thought it was going to be a nightmare, ended up a dream.

    I commute to work by bike (20k each way) and in winter, it means leaving in the dark and going home in the dark. I needed a new light. They didn't have the one I wanted in store, but ordered on line for me on Sunday, and I had it on Monday. Happy as! :-)
